Accessibility Statement
Bandboxybots is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our editorial services are reachable by all.
- We follow WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
- Our site is designed for keyboard-only navigation.
- We provide high-contrast visual elements for readability.
- We respect "reduced motion" system settings.
1. Accessibility Standards
Our website is developed with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We align our digital presence with the principles of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) to ensure that no individual is disadvantaged when accessing our information or requesting editorial services.
We believe that clear, accessible communication is the foundation of professional editorial work, which is why we apply these standards to our own digital storefront.
2. Measures Implemented
To ensure a seamless experience, Bandboxybots Pty Ltd has implemented the following technical measures:
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including the service menu and contact forms, are fully reachable via the Tab key.
- Skip-Links: A hidden skip-link is available at the top of every page to allow users to jump directly to the main content.
- Visual Contrast: Our colour palette is selected to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, ensuring text is legible against its background.
- Semantic HTML: We use correct heading levels (h1-h4) and ARIA labels to support screen readers.
- Alternative Text: All illustrative photos are provided with descriptive alt-text.
- Reduced Motion: We use CSS media queries to disable animations for users who have enabled "prefers-reduced-motion" in their system settings.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully optimised. We are currently working on improving the accessibility of complex data tables in our Services section for older screen reader versions. We encourage users to notify us via the contact methods listed in Section 4 if they encounter any barriers.
4. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Bandboxybots. If you encounter accessibility difficulties while using our site, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
